Refund Policy

I have an issue with my product what can i do?
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you have received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (non personalized products only)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We can not provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalized. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
